Dave and I did a 4 mile run today. Prepping for the Long Beach Half in a few months. I didn't lose any poundage this week (probably because my eating was not completely in check with how busy I was), but I did lose .5 in my waist and in my hips. I guess that is progress, right! Screw the scale! lol.. Just kidding, I need it to keep me in check too.
