Another clean eats meal!

So I slipped up some over Spring Break, but I'm back on track! Only a couple months until out road trip and then our 4 annual Mom's Palm Springs Trip in July! We ate scoping out a new fabulous rental to get some R&R!

Anyhow, I saw this on Pinterest. Who me... Use Pinterest? No way... Um, duh! It's my fav go to!!

Anyhow, I sliced zucchini, added EVOO via Misto and then some garlic and parmesan. Then I broiled it for 5 minutes and topped it was sauce and ground turkey.

Amazing!!! And delish!!

3 ingredient SKINNY cookie

So I came across this on.... Drumroll.... Pinterest if course.
1 cup of quick oats
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of nuts of choice

Mix together and bake for 15 minutes at 350.

Delish!! Actually... Pretty amazing!

Eating clean!!

Of course you all know I love, love, love Pinterest! It is the biggest waste of time EVER but I have don't so many DYI project and have so many more to do for my house and me, its insane!! My walls are still bare so I need to get the ball rolling on this place! We get compliments on our gorgeous wood floors all the time, i need to paint the baseboards and brighten them up!

So.. Ive been eating more clean! Last night Made a dish that was low cal and carb and delish!!
Spaghetti squash topped with lightly sauteed (in olive oil using a misto) onions, mushrooms, zucchini, bell pepper and garlic. I also added a little turkey polish sausage. Seasoned with Mrs Dash, Lemon Juice and red pepper flakes!

It was Amazing!! Made enough for a couple meals!

Anyhow, I recommend!

Tomorrow I will add breakfast!

Me and my homies

I was about 160 here and this was 2009. It is my goal to get back to this and actually 10lbs lower! Wish me luck! Im back on track already jogging 2-3 miles again. Gonna set a goal for a loss of 10lbs by April 15th!

I love these ladies! We are so diverse, yet we get along well!
