Eating out...

So here are some eating out rules I am sticking to.

1. No chips or bread before the meal.

2. No cream sauces and very light cheeses

3.  Check the menu before going to the restaurant so I have an idea of what I want before going.

4.  Eat slow and enjoy the meal.  Take several drinks of water in- in between.

I am down 6lbs in 2 weeks just watching my diet more.  Very happy with that.  Plan on keeping it up.  I am just pretending I am in a competition right now.  It's working .
