Starting over. Day 1- I'm chubby and I know it.

So I've gained a few lbs. Mostly just from being busy. The new house, job searching and applications and interviews, PTA, Girl Scout leading and Autism advocating... I've sort of put "ME" on the backburner. Quick eats and foofy coffee add up calories FAST. Really freaking fast.

Next thing I knew, I was back up to my old weight where I am now. :-(.... Son of a... I did it to myself and only have me to blame.

So that's it... I'm making the decision to get back into running and lifting. Of course also eating well again.

Wish me luck! This way I can stop hiding behind blacks in a size 12.

Taken tonight on date night.... Which was the batting cages.... Not the traditional boring dinner and movie night.

Get ready for swimsuit season!!!

The ladies have planned our 4th annual Palm Spring (ish) trip. This year we decided to change it up and stay in a different location then the usual.  There will be 5 of us chillaxing for the weekend.  We get pedicures,  drink lots of wino,  eat great dinners we cook for each other and just hang out, chat and have a great time.  I love these ladies to death.  Hear me?  I LOVE them!!  They rock and are so much fun.

Count down to a little R&R!!!  3.5 months, baby!!!

Another clean eats meal!

So I slipped up some over Spring Break, but I'm back on track! Only a couple months until out road trip and then our 4 annual Mom's Palm Springs Trip in July! We ate scoping out a new fabulous rental to get some R&R!

Anyhow, I saw this on Pinterest. Who me... Use Pinterest? No way... Um, duh! It's my fav go to!!

Anyhow, I sliced zucchini, added EVOO via Misto and then some garlic and parmesan. Then I broiled it for 5 minutes and topped it was sauce and ground turkey.

Amazing!!! And delish!!

3 ingredient SKINNY cookie

So I came across this on.... Drumroll.... Pinterest if course.
1 cup of quick oats
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of nuts of choice

Mix together and bake for 15 minutes at 350.

Delish!! Actually... Pretty amazing!
