I do believe I do not do this. I like "me".

Even if I am not ooober skinny I am still pretty athletic and healthy and I am gonna drop a few pounds when I can get my inner psyche on track.  Just so busy it seems I am never motivated to get on the bandwagon once I get there though,  I kick ass.

I am so ready for this semester to be over.  Not that the next one is going to be any easier, but I am just ready for it to end.  Mid-terms this week.  Katlynn's IEP,  volunteer work for bookfair and yearbook.  Then there is Dance, social skills classes and a parenting class I am going to.  I did get to have coffee with 3 of my girlfriends the other night.  It was nice to catch up since our lives are so hectic these days,  we don't get together near as often as we used to.

I am still trying to figure out how to juggle everything and also try to focus on myself and my health.  I am clearly not where I want to be right now. I am trying to draw the line between my needs and those of my kids. I have always put them first and I feel if I don't I am wasting the precious time I have with them being little and giving them so much of me. I am probably the unhealthiest I have been in a few years or ever though.  I know my BMI is high and while I have gained some weight since Dave was sick and all and haven't really lost much, I just don't feel as healthy as I should.  I think the only good thing is I am not smoking.

5K next week.  I have not trained for it just like the 1/2, but I know I can run the whole thing... just slow.  Definitely not a run with a PR I want to hang onto.

Heading to the Grand Canyon on Monday for a little R&R and some family fun with Dave and the kids. It will be nice to get away with them with Dave actually being healthy this time.

Also looking forward to next Saturday.  Going to see Hunger Games with Cortney and Kara.  If you have not read the books, they are a MUST read.  If course Kara has not read them either, but just like with Twlight, she begrudgingly tags along with us to the movie premiers just for the girl time.  I just love her.

Anyhow.... aside from homework, I won't be doing any blogging until I am back from vacay.

My Review of Novara Fiona Women's Bike - 2012

Originally submitted at REI

Our women's Novara Fiona bike is a great all-'rounder bike, supplying an upright, comfortable ride with easy-spinning gears and a cushy suspension fork to smooth out the path ahead.

5out of 5

Pros: Handles Well, Durable, Attractive Design, Comfortable

Cons: No water mount

Best Uses: Commuting, Road Biking

Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational

Was this a gift?: Yes

I love this bike. I tried several bikes from the Electra Townie to the Hybrid Cannondale Quik. The townie is comfortable for a while, but I feel for longer rides like 18-25 miles, this bike will work better. It sits comfortably and is stylish. The only downfall so far is the fact you can't mount a water bottle on the frame, but I can make do with a camelpak.

Mommy I'm tired!!!

Famous last words.  I sold my BOB stroller last week and today I went for a 3 mile walk with the kids on the electric trail and they of course pooped out (I was with friends and their kids too) and so I was lugging a ton of kids around.  At least I burned more calories.  lol...

Dede snapped a shot of me and I had to approve it before she posted it on FB and it actually wasn't bad, so I am adding it on here.  lol.

Well I surely haven't lost anything, but I haven't gained either.  I got my bike finally.  Not the one pictured either. I ended up with another one even more girly and more comfortable.  It's really cute.

Trying to sell enough stuff (when I say stuff I mean random stuff) so I can do a private personal training session with a FIT mom I recently met.  Just not in the cards for money or time right now.  Boo!!!

With K's therapy,  My school,  The kids dance,  Halle's social group, appts, and just everyday life like house keeping, parties, etc... There is hardly any time for anything these days.  I need a intervention from Pinterest too. lol.

Anyhow,  Got an A on my Math test and I think I will score high on my teacher interview, so that's always good news.

Now if only I could make some more ME time and get physical.... let's get physical!!!

Only 1 more week until Spring Break and our little family trip to the Grand Canyon.  The kids can't wait and I am excited to take this trip with them.
