So I've gained a few lbs. Mostly just from being busy. The new house, job searching and applications and interviews, PTA, Girl Scout leading and Autism advocating... I've sort of put "ME" on the backburner. Quick eats and foofy coffee add up calories FAST. Really freaking fast.
Next thing I knew, I was back up to my old weight where I am now. :-(.... Son of a... I did it to myself and only have me to blame.
So that's it... I'm making the decision to get back into running and lifting. Of course also eating well again.
Wish me luck! This way I can stop hiding behind blacks in a size 12.
Taken tonight on date night.... Which was the batting cages.... Not the traditional boring dinner and movie night.
