Starting over... again, and again.. and I am sure again.

Started a new program with some Facebook friends.  Seems like a good program and it's free.

Starting to really watch my food intake,  and working out more.  Dave and I need to get back on the bandwagon since we have a half marathon in Feb. again.  I am doing it this time.

I started smoking AGAIN when Dave got really sick and since he's been better, I really have no reason to keep doing it.

My my goal for the week is smoke LESS, and complete Phase 1 week 3 of my 12 week program.  I will add my stats after each page and I will add my before and after pictures after the 12 weeks is over. Should be completed about the 2nd week of Jan.

Wish me luck!!!  I need it!!
