I refuse to be that "fat" lady. I have gained 13lbs since May. Mostly due to stress with Dave being sick and the fact I stopped running and haven't worked in working out much since the kids started school. I am running them all over the place, I just haven't had time. So I figured the first thing I need to make over is my food. I need to now lose 40lbs to be at my goal weight. I am going to do this.
I lack the support I would love to have, but I do have a husband who adores me and my desire to be fit and I have a friend or two willing to follow me in this journey for moral support.
Did a small walk today with Audrie and her friend and her mom. It was just a peaceful 2.5 mile walk.
Anyhow, here was lunch today. Very good and it was under 300 calories. I am sticking to no more then 1,300 calories a day right now until I up my working out and then I will increase a little bit to keep my sustained and full of energy.
