I am finally up to 4-5 miles at a jog, but a continuous pace. I am hoping I am at 6-7 Miles comfortably come the end of March for the 10K I want to do at Knotts Berry farm. I still need to start watching what I eat more as the scale has stayed the same still, but I know I am losing inches here and there and my shape is changing for the better.
I've also been doing zumba, 30DS and JW on my cross train days as well as weights when I can get to the gym.
If I can't its a lot of AB work, chair dips, Planks and push-ups at home.
