Breakfast

So I have been eating either a protein shake,  steel cut oats and agave nectar or an egg burrito in the mornings.  Today, I had the eggs after nearly getting blown away on my morning run.
Anyhow it consists of:

1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1 Whole wheat tortilla
2 cups of spinach (fresh)
1.5oz of Feta cheese
chili sauce

All the in a big 'ol burrito is only... 268 calories. I know this to a "T".  Down to measuring out the oz for the feta.

Try it sometime... it's really delish.
