So I am back in the gym just taking it easy trying to build up some endurance for the 1/2 in a few weeks. I already have a couple 5K in mind for Feb and March. Audrie's Tinkerbell run is coming up in Jan. She is pretty excited. Crossing my fingers my knee keeps feeling good. Back in the gym tomorrow for the lift/step class. Gots me some body fat to shed.
Not sure who is going to win the weigh in. I think Dave has be beat.
Spaghetti Squash tonight for supper. I know I will enjoy it, but I think Dave will hate it. We shall see.
