Water, water, water...

I have drank so much water the past couple days I feel like I might wash away. About 75oz to be exact. As long as it helps get some weight off, I'm good.

I'm gonna attempt a run at the gym tonight. 3 days post 1/2 marathon. I am still sore a hell, but gotta get some workouts in to meet calorie deficits.
