Food for thought....
Diets tell you when and what to eat, and to rely on
willpower and self-control, but willpower takes effort
and doesn't last long. You usually end up feeling
deprived, ultimately leading to overeating again…. and
therefore weight gain. No diet or eating plan will EVER
work unless you first work on fixing the ROOT cause of
your overeating. Take the time to work on it and you'll
solve the problem for good.
